Voice Products

DS3 voice is a very large fiber-optic trunk capable of handling over 650-telephone conversation simultaneously.

Voice: local and long distance, plus dedicated long-distance up to 24 trunks on one circuit.

Is a combination of a voice and data product, the data circuit is required to leave the client promises. However, the client also needs a means of delivering voice services on to the public service telephone network (PSTN).

Integrated access

Integrated access is a combination of both data and voice running over one circuit.

Point-to-Point circuit

A point-to-point circuit simply connects to offices together; the client can utilize this circuit to transmit data, voice, or a combination of both.

DIA is a generic term used to refer to an Internet only T-1, could be a fractional T-1, or a full 1.5Mbps circuit.

DS3 or T3

A DS3 is a product that runs over a fiber optic circuit and is capable of delivering up to 45Mbps. A DS3 application can be used for a point-to-point, Dedicated Internet Access, voice, or a combination of voice and dedicated Internet access.

Fractional T-1

A fractional T-1 is a circuit that offers any bandwidth speed less then 1.5Mbps; a range of 56K to 768K is the most common.
